No returns are allowed. Caribbean Water Treatment Ltd will allow you to cancel/or edit your order within the first 24 hours. After 24 hours, no cancellations or edits will be accepted. 

Caribbean Water Treatment Ltd will honor the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty for the product that you are ordering. 

 All orders MUST be sent to a licensed South Florida freight forwarder address. Only licensed South Florida freight forwarder addresses will be accepted as shipping addresses.
