How do I get started?
To get started using our online store, make sure to sign up as a member by clicking the icon at the top right of your screen. Members can view their order history, saved addresses, and more.
can I check out as a guest?
No. You must check out as a member. Caribbean Water Treatment requires a record of a verifiable freight forwarder ship to address.
what payment methods are accepted?
Caribbean Water Treatment's online store is for US export sales only. We accept payments through PayPal or Wire Transfer. For Wire Transfer payments, orders will not be confirmed until the payment has been received.
Can I ship to a residential or business address in the United States?
No. Please note that we ONLY ship to licensed freight forwarders in South Florida. Caribbean Water Treatment Ltd can request a copy of the freight forwarder license for proof if needed.
If you do not have a freight forwarder address, we may be able to arrange shipping through our freight forwarder. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss this.
Can I make a change to my order?
We understand that mistakes happen, so we are allowing a 24-hour period to cancel/or edit your order. After 24 hours, cancellations or changes will not be accepted.
Please note that we do not offer returns.
how do I know if my order has been confirmed?
The email received after an order has been placed states that we have received your order. Our team will be in touch soon to confirm a shipping date.
