JOB DESCRIPTION:  The Warehouse and Retail Store Officer ensures the efficient operation of both the warehouse and retail store by managing inventory, assisting customers, processing payments, and maintaining stock levels. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling both roles effectively. REPORTING LINE : Warehouse & Purchasing Manager / Operations Manager / Managing Director DUTIES/AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: 1. Inventory Management - Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of items. - Conduct regular stock counts and update records accurately. - Track incoming and outgoing inventory to maintain optimal stock levels. 2. Retail & Customer Service - Assist customers in selecting products and provide relevant information. - Process sales transactions, issue receipts, and handle cash/card payments securely. - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. 3. Warehouse Operations - Receive, inspect, and store goods properly to prevent damage or loss. - Organize stock in a structured manner for easy access and retrieval. - Ensure timely restocking of shelves and proper product display. 4. Payment & Financial Transactions - Collect payments accurately and ensure proper documentation of sales. - Maintain daily cash reports and reconcile transactions. - Follow company policies for handling refunds, discounts, and promotions. 5. Compliance & Safety - Ensure all items are stored and displayed according to safety and quality standards. - Adhere to company procedures for inventory control and loss prevention. - Keep the retail and warehouse areas clean, organized, and hazard-free. Qualifications: - Diploma in business- or business-related fields - Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office Suite - Valid driver’s license (preferably for truck operation). - Ability to lift up to 70 lbs with ease. - Accounting experience - Experience in warehousing within a water services-based business. - Background in plumbing, electrical, and/or construction fields. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT 1. The Employee must complete a probationary period as a temporary Employee of the Company for three (3) months. Base salary will be reviewed at the beginning of every calendar year based on performance and inflation. 2.  Hourly base salary  will be  EC$ 15.63  to be paid weekly. Payroll deductions will be made as required by St. Kitts and Nevis law. 3. Normal  working hours  will be Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm with one hour off for lunch and Saturdays from 9:30 am – 12 pm. The Employee will be required to work late and on weekends from time to time when necessary, overtime payment or time in lieu will be arranged in agreement with the direct manager and according to St. Kitts and Nevis Law. 4. The Employee will be allowed 14 days paid  vacation  every year to be taken before the end of the year after they are earned in agreement with his direct manager. 5. The Employee will be occasionally required to  travel  for work and training. The Company’s normal policy is to cover all accommodation, meal and travel expenses while the Employee is off island. 6. The Employee is required to always have a valid driver’s license and a copy of this is to be provided to HR. If the employee does not have a driver’s license yet, he is expected to get one at his own time and cost within 6 months of the start date. 7. The Employee will have access to a  Company vehicle  during work hours to carry out Company work outside of the office as required. This vehicle is NOT for private use. In the event the employee needs to use his own vehicle for work he will be compensated as per company policy. 8. A  confidentiality and non-competition agreement  is required to be signed before commencing . work .     JOB TITLE : ACCOUNTING AND RETAIL OFFICER - RO Desalination, Water and Wastewater Treatment, Pool Service and Retail Operations   DESCRIPTION: The Accounting Officer is responsible for performing a range of financial and clerical duties to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This includes processing invoices, managing accounts receivable and payable, payroll administration, reconciliations, and other key accounting functions.     Good news - We are hiring for an Engineer Service Manager! The Engineer Service Manager will occupy a critical leadership position within Caribbean Water Treatment, responsible for managing and overseeing the service team dedicated to maintaining and constructing Reverse Osmosis (RO) desalination, water, and wastewater treatment facilities.   REPORTING LINES : MANAGING DIRECTOR DUTIES/AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY : Oversee and manage the daily operations of RO desalination and water and wastewater treatment plants. Lead, mentor, and supervise a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and support personnel. Ensure rigorous compliance with environmental regulations, safety standards, and operational protocols. Develop, implement, and optimize preventative maintenance schedules to maximize plant performance and reliability. Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to monitor plant performance and drive process optimization. Facilitate coordination with clients, suppliers, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. Prepare, manage, and control budgets, ensuring cost-effective operation and maintenance of facilities. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues promptly to minimize operational downtime. Provide advanced technical support and training to enhance the skills and knowledge base of staff. Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing plant efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability. Oversee the management of external contractors for maintenance, installation, and repair services, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.   QUALIFICATIONS / SOFT & TECHNICAL SKILLS : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Environmental, Industrial, Mechanical, or related field) with specialized expertise in desalination, water treatment, and reverse osmosis (RO) plants. Minimum of 7 years’ experience in desalination, water treatment, or a related field. Extensive experience in RO desalination and water/wastewater treatment plant operations. Profound knowledge of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and resource allocation specific to desalination, water treatment, and RO plants. Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage complex engineering projects concurrently, focusing on desalination and RO plant technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making. In-depth knowledge of relevant environmental regulations and standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective stakeholder engagement. Collaborative team player with the ability to work seamlessly across diverse teams and mentor junior technicians in advanced desalination and RO plant operations. Meticulous attention to detail in project execution and administrative tasks related to desalination, water treatment, and RO plants. Possession of a valid driver's license is mandatory. Prior experience living and working on a Caribbean island, with a strong focus on desalination, water treatment, and RO plants, is preferred. Preferential consideration for visa candidates, especially from the CARICOM region, with relocation assistance available for eligible candidates.
